Are you a woman leader in the Further Education and skills sector navigating the challenges of menopause while balancing your professional responsibilities? You might be a new manager, a more experienced manager or a senior leader. You are welcome no matter your experience or level.
Over five-months you will identify and work towards your own chosen outcome, gradually moving from a state of surviving to thriving, all within a group coaching setting.
You will be one of between 6-9 coaching group members who will meet monthly to explore common themes from a personal perspective. The support and shared experience of the group will help you address professional challenges and move towards your chosen outcome, building confidence to lead with clarity and self-assurance.
The programme is led by Kirsten Trussell, an International Coaching Federation certified transformation and wellness coach with over 30 years of experience working in education and skills settings.
